Founded in 2023 in Bhubaneswar, Foundr-G was born out of a simple vision — to make entrepreneurship accessible, collaborative, and inspiring for the next generation of builders. What started as a small group of dreamers has quickly grown into a thriving community of young founders, professionals, and changemakers.
Our members represent a vibrant mix of industries and ideas — from students testing their first startup concepts to early-stage founders scaling their businesses, and even seasoned professionals eager to mentor and invest in the ecosystem.
We also partner closely with universities, colleges, and incubation centers, because we believe that the journey of entrepreneurship often begins in classrooms, hostels, and labs. By bringing together academia, startups, and industry, we create an environment where ideas are nurtured and innovation flourishes.
At its core, Foundr-G is more than a network — it is a movement. A movement that thrives on mentorship, collaboration, and shared growth. We provide founders with the resources, connections, and opportunities they need to turn ideas into impact.

The Foundr-G Community was established in 2023 in Bhubaneswar by a passionate group of student entrepreneurs, CA students, and corporate professionals with roots stretching across India and the UK.
Goals & Objectives
Foundr-G is a individual entity devoted to entrepreneurs in all industries, at all stages, from incubation, throughout the entrepreneurial lifecycle. With a global reach and a local focus, the heart of Foundr-G efforts lies in its five foundational programs, – Mentoring, Networking, Education, Funding, and Incubation.
Several members have formed startups while at Foundr-G, and are now members giving back to the community. Foundr-G's ultimate goal is to foster entrepreneurship, creating wealth for both the entrepreneur and the local communities.
WHAT WE DO
Since 2023, Foundr-G has been supporting entrepreneurs by offering education, mentorship, networking and funding opportunities. The mission of Foundr-G is to foster entrepreneurship globally through the 5 pillars of Foundr-G : mentoring, networking and education, funding and incubation. Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community. Foundr-G’s focus area is to generate enable the next generation of entrepreneurs.
Foundr-G is the largest individual entity and has amazing networking effect. Foundr-G connects the entire entrepreneurship ecosystem from early stage entrepreneurs, serial entrepreneurs, professionals at leading corporations, venture capital, angel investors, thought leaders among others. The organization emphasizes the spirit of giving in all aspects of their work.
NETWORKING & EDUCATION
There are currently 5,000+ members in Foundr-G Community. Foundr-G’s mission is to foster entrepreneurship globally through mentoring, networking, and education. Dedicated to the virtuous cycle of wealth creation and giving back to the community, Foundr-G’s focus is on generating and nurturing our next generation of entrepreneurs.
Networking and Education are integral pillars of Foundr-G, fostering a dynamic ecosystem for entrepreneurs and professionals. Through a wide array of programs, workshops, and events, Foundr-G enables members to build meaningful connections with industry leaders, mentors, and peers, creating opportunities for collaboration and growth. Educational initiatives, such as Foundr-G - Building Startup Program, Foundr-G - Young CEO Program, panel discussions, and mentorship programs, empower members with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in their entrepreneurial journeys. By combining networking with continuous learning, Foundr-G serves as a catalyst for innovation, leadership development, and business success.
RANGE OF PROGRAM & EVENTS
The foremost and most widely known event that Foundr-G hosts is G-Con, which is the largest professional and networking conference for entrepreneurs. Foundr-G also hosts a wide range of programs events catering to various industry verticals, educational events hosted by Foundr-G are Foundr-G Building Startups (FGBS) Program to foster entrepreneurship in our youth and Foundr-G Young CEO (FGYC) Program.
In addition to its flagship event, G-Con – the premier professional conference for entrepreneurs – Foundr-G offers a diverse range of programs designed to inspire, connect, and empower its members. These include initiatives like Coffee with Mentor, Pickleball sessions, Investors’ Day, Social Impact Ventures, and many more, fostering collaboration and driving entrepreneurial success across various domains.
